The Application Consultant manages the impact of technology implementation to optimize the Revenue Cycle work processes. The Application Consultant analyzes business and client processes to integrate and align applications to Cerner standards and client's needs. They resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application, along with compatibility matters. The Application Consultant must have expertise in diagnosing problems and coordinating the appropriate additional resources to determine and deliver resolution. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Health Care Revenue Cycle knowledge including Patient registration, Scheduling, HIM and Patient Accounting • Willingness to assist with developing and facilitating end user training and ensuring that systems capabilities are evaluated to meet end user requirements and organizational strategic planning objectives • Effective communication, organization, and problem solving skills • Leadership ability and collaborative style • Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities within complex systems. • Ability to function in unstructured environments. • Ability to work with all levels of personnel/ Physicians/ Finance to achieve positive Revenue Cycle outcomes. • Ability to work with computer & telephone for prolonged periods • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Prescott, AZ • Ability to work on a flexible schedule and overtime and/or irregular hours wh
