Human Resources Representative A fantastic opportunity for an entry-level Human Resource Representative to support the overall HR Department. Responsibilities include: recruiting activities and administrative support for the department. Qualified candidate will be energetic, professional, customer service oriented, willing to learn and have a high level of attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Supports HR department in planning, developing, organizing and implementing day-to-day functions. - Recruiting activities to include: ad preparation, resume screening, phone screening, scheduling interviews, applicant reference and background check, applicant testing and coordinating new hire orientation. - Performs administrative/clerical functions within the HR department to include: filing, updating and maintaining personnel files, data entry, auditing of benefits, and providing backup support of payroll.
