Winchester 1906 in Prescott, Arizona For Sale

The Model xxxx was introduced as an economical version of the Model xxxx, and came with a 20? round barrel. This pump or slide action rifle was produced between xxxx and until xxxx, and was the second in a progression of Winchester Pump action rifles. During this period, slightly under 800,000 were were completed.
It's in good to fair condition (due to stock). It was bought by The famous author of the Tarzan books, Edgar Rice Burroughs for his new wife's little girl Cindy James (Cullen). I worked for Cindy, at Frank Inn Animals for years starting at 13 until her death 10 years later. This gun she left me because I was one of the only people she knew who did shoot.
However, I never shot this gun. I have a little Marlin .22 that I always shoot or my G26. So this one has been in the closet for years.
There is a bit of wood missing on the stock, pictured. A dog got to it.
The barrel is clean and my husband test-fired it, re-cleaned it.
