It is a Model RBR Flex 35 and unissued in as new condition. Meets NIJ Standard ? xxxx.04. It is labeled a large but I am a 2XL and it fits me great. The vest has front storage compartments and loops in back for attaching accessories and Velcro panels for ID patches. It also has unique shoulder covers to protect the upper arms.
