Headsets Direct is a national distributor of Plantronics headsets located in Prescott, Arizona. Since our inception in xxxx, our focus has been to offer high quality commercial grade headsets to our customers with superior product knowledge and exceptional customer service. We are currently accepting applications for a SALES MANAGER position which is a full time, position within our company. This position requires a person with strong business vision, strategy, planning and implementation skills. We need an individual to assess the current sales/customer service organization and improve our model, creating a highly functioning sales/customer service team as well as implementing strategic and tactical growth plans that maximize our revenue potential. Duties and Responsibilities: • Increase sales with new ideas and opportunities • Supervise, recruit, train, discipline, coach and motivate sales team • Manage daily activities of 5+ member sales team with continued growth • Ensure a positive customer experience • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve company goals and objectives • Stay current on new industry technologies and ensure sales team expertise • Track performance and prepare reports for review • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet company objectives Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field • 5+ years experience in Sales Management • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills • PC proficiency in a Windows environment What We Offer: • Competitive Salary DOE • Attractive Working Environment • A Stable Permanent Position with a Growing Company NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE.
