Job Description
Property condition / routine inspector needed for the Prescott Valley area on HUD owned foreclosed homes. Must be able to also travel to the Flagstaff area if needed. This is a sub contractor position to where all of your own equipment will be required along with the knowledge / experience using a generator to power an HVAC and electrical system should the power not be active and how to use an electric air compressor to pressure test the plumbing system for leaks should the water not be active.
