Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment dealers a must. Compensation a combination of base salary plus commission. Comp range: $100K - $150K. Excellent expenses and benefits package. For Dealer Direct, the RSM is responsible for supporting DME dealers. There are existing dealers (currently 12 to 15) to support plus ongoing responsibility to locate new dealers. For Patient Direct, RSM will directly “manage” Independent Reps. There are some existing IR’s (currently 4) plus ongoing responsibility to locate and train new IR’s.
