Job Duties The Activities Supervisor plans, organizes, develops, implements and directs quality activities for residents, ensuring that the recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and social needs of each resident are met in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. **Activities Supervisors report to the Executive Director (ED). Abilities Candidates must possess the ability to communicate with residents and other facility staff.** They must be able to speak, write, read and follow instructions in English, and successfully pass a criminal background check as well as pass any state-specific abuse/fraud registry check.Required ExperiencePrior experience with geriatrics preferred; however, training is provided. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Must have valid driver's license in current state with clean driving record.
