Pain Management group is seeking Medical Assistant for immediate opening in our Phoenix and Prescott clinics. At The Pain Center of Arizona, our Medical Assistants are responsible for a variety of direct patient care tasks including: taking and recording vital signs providing post-procedural recovery care initial patient work-ups assisting in minimally invasive patient procedures preparing exam/procedure rooms including instruments preparing and administering medications (excluding IV) under direct supervision of a physician obtaining lab specimens and completing requisitions completely and accurately Our Medical Assistants will work closely with our Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners to deliver outstanding service to our patients while maintaining the highest level of medical knowledge and professionalism. The Medical Assistant that were looking for demonstrates impeccable knowledge of clinical processes as they pertain to standing orders, medication review, charting, and patient identification and scheduling.
