Jotul GF3 DVII Allagash Gas Fireplace/Heater. Excellent condition, very light use. I am selling for a recently divorced friend that had a cabin up north in Heber-Overgaard. All original, with instruction manual and log set. This is a propane fireplace that will provide a lot of heat. I am not sure if it could be converted to natural gas, but it is propane as most cabins up north do not have a natural gas feed I think. It is heavy.
Also included is a heavy duty hearth made from concrete/slate for it to sit on (likely about 200 pounds or so). Dimensions of the base are about 41" x 41" with a slight corner cutout. Looks really nice.
This would be perfect for use in a cabin up north or at home in town for the winter.
Can bee seen near 59th Avenue and Cactus Road in Glendale.
