SUMMARY: This is a nice xxxx model year coach. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in cockpit, living area, dining area and bathroom shows medium wear. Wood laminate flooring appears to be in excellent condition. Counter tops throughout all appear to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used coach, some do show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout open and close properly and look good. Dash appears to be in good condition, may show some minor blemishes. Large 2-piece windshield does have some small stone chips. All other windows are good. TIRES: see tire information in "exterior" description of this ad. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detectors, range, oven, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, television, rear view camera and monitor, leveling jacks, and generator. I did not see a washer/dryer hook-up in this coach.
