SUMMARY: This is a nice xxxx coach. Clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in cockpit, living area, dining area, bathroom/hall and bedroom appears to be in "like new" condition; currently has plastic runners in place. Vinyl flooring in lavatory also appears to be in "like new" condition. Wood flooring in kitchen looks good. Corian-style counter tops in kitchen appear to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used coach, some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout all look good and open and close properly. Dash appears to be in good condition. Large 2-piece windshield is good. All other windows are good. TIRES: see tire information in "exterior" description of this ad. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detectors, range, oven, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, television, rear view camera and monitor, leveling jacks, and generator. Does come with some books and manuals.
