SUMMARY: Wow! This is a nice xxxx model year coach. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Clean inside and out. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in partial cockpit, living area, dining and bedroom appears to be in good condition showing only slight to medium wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Wood laminate flooring in partial cockpit and kitchen appears to be in good condition. Vinyl flooring in bathroom and lavatory also appears to be in good condition. Corian-style counter tops all look good. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used coach, some do show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes; a couple small pin-dot holes from previous wall mountings/hangings. Cabinets throughout open and close properly and look good. Dash appears to be in good condition. Large 2-piece windshield is good. All other windows are good. TIRES: see tire information in "exterior" description of this ad. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detectors, range, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, televisions, rear view camera and monitor, leveling jacks, and generator.
