SUMMARY: This is a nice xxxx model year coach. Clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in cockpit, living area, dining area and bedroom showing medium wear; currently has plastic runners in place. Vinyl flooring in kitchen area appears to be in good condition. Wood laminate flooring in bath and lavatory also appears to be in good condition, does show some minor blemishes. Counter tops appear to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used coach, some do show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout are good and open and close properly. Large 2-piece windshield is good. All other windows are good. TIRES: see tire information in "exterior" description of this ad. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detectors, range, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, television, leveling jacks, and generator.
